Spam on the Craiglist vehicles section is regular as clockwork. Typically, the "bait" is a fairly recent vehicle, worth maybe $10K to $25K, priced at $3K to $6K.
The good news: these posts are flagged quickly by the community.
The bad news: they live just long enough to get in the RSS feeds.

Now, I’m not saying people should never spend money customizing their autos. I know people who tinker in a variety of ways, and they seem to enjoy it. More power to them.
