Last week, I found HundredPushups.com via Get Fit Slowly.
It sounds crazy, if like me you are starting from ground zero.
But maybe this is structured for widespread success? We’ll see. I’m in.
Today is W1D3 (week one, day three). I finally applied "pay yourself first" to this challenge by doing the pushup routine in the morning. It felt easier, plus less chance for life to get in the way. I’m looking forward to next week. What are you looking forward to next week? Pushups?
