Before I got sidetracked by 100 pushups, I only planned to go off-topic for one tiny subset of fitness: exercising while learning. With all the financial podcasts, books and audiobooks out there, combining them seems like a no-brainer, if it can be done well. So I’ll try and mix money and muscle and see what works, both in terms of fitness and learning.
Any tips to get me started, beyond the standard stationary cycling while reading, etc…?
