Below is a list of personal finance blogs in my RSS reader with 10+ posts last month.
Unlike other lists (number of subscribers) anyone can be on top here with enough effort. Although there seems to be a strong correlation in the activity-level and subscriber-count, maybe you can find a few hidden gems.
Quick Stats:
Total PFBlogs: 136
Average Posts: 26.7
note — if your pfblog is not on this list and you made
at least 10 posts in June, include it in the comments,
along with the easiest way to find the post-count.
Thanks!
edit - fixed some names, added some sites, sorted ties A-Z…

I must say this is a great article i enjoyed reading it keep the good work
There are some really good sites listed! Thanks for the mention.

Hmm…never thought I posted so much. Thanks.
sweet - i’m number 16. thanks for the list - very interesting how some of the biggest bloggers really posted a lot.. 172 posts for freemoney finance? wow.
Thank you for including me, but my blog’s name is actually One Caveman’s Financial Journey. My name is That One Caveman.
Seems there are a lot of one-a-day or one-a-weekday (like me) bloggers out there, but only a handful of true multiple-per-day bloggers. Interesting stats and thanks for sharing!
Welcomed initiative. Good work! I’d be interested in another metric while you’re at it. I wonder how many words on average each post had?
Regards,
Dorian
Wow, that’s an interesting list, thanks for posting. I didn’t know I’ve posted 13 times
wow. FMF is just amazing.
Caveman - your name has been corrected, I should have caught that.
Dorian - I thought about it, tried to dismiss it, until you reminded me.
I’ll make another update if there are new blogs that meet the criteria.
Very interesting list. I don’t see my blog, so I guess I’m not in your RSS reader. Although I agree with your idea that the more you post the more readers you will have. It sets you apart from the rest of the pack. But I think too many posts can also get into trouble if your posts lose quality or are less conversational.
Hi Curt, you are in my reader, but I put it off initially because of the non-standard navigation. Sorry, your site will be included in the next refresh.
(I think the only other pfblog whose structure threw me for a loop was Mapgirl’s Fiscal Challenge…)
Thanks for including me. I experimented mid-month with posting twice a day, but it just didn’t work out for me with a FT job and other writing gigs. If I can ever do this full time I’ll definitely ramp up the postings-per-month.
thank you, I try to post at least once a day!
Thanks for adding my blog. I never knew I posted so much.
Wow, what a cool idea. Thanks for including my blog!
Very cool idea. I’m way to high on this list, I need to be a little lazier.
Thanks for including me. It looks like I’ll have to step up my posting a lot to make it to the top.
I am just one below Clever Dude so I guess I better find more things to talk about so I can have interesting posts to offer my reader.
The daily postings/subscribers link is really interesting, but not entirely unexpected - after all, I’m more inclined to add someone to my reader who is posting on a regular basis.
Thanks for sharing, and the link to the Fu!
That’s a great list, and some of these folks are incredibly prolific! Mine is above ten a month too, so I’d like to mention that… my URL’s above, of course :)_
Thanks so much for including me in this very cool list, and thanks especially for being a subscriber/reader!
Thanks for the mention!
Funny about Money had 34 posts last month. Since I make at least one post a day — often more than that — it’s never had fewer than 28 posts a month since its inception last December.
Because Funny is done in iWeb, it’s a little atypical to navigate, and I’ve found it hard to enroll in services such as Technorati that require me to enter code behind the scenes. You can subscribe by clicking the blue RSS feed button on the homepage, and you can easily see how many articles have been posted over any given period by clicking on the “Archives” link.
If anyone out there knows how to hack iWeb, I’d sure like to hear from them…
I have tough time with my 20+ posts. It’s incredible how others post so much more.
I agree with Pinyo. 20+ posts is a stretch for me. It’s amazing how some of the others find the time to post so much.
Interesting way to look at our group. Thanks for putting together.
I’d love to see “length of service” and “subscriber count” bumped up against this to see the relationship.
Hey, cool list! I always enjoy seeing the bloggers broken up in new ways. Thanks for the mention!
Great list! Thanks for including me.
Very cool list! Interesting to see sites ranked this way. Thanks for including me.
Thanks so much for including me in your list! I’m always a bit shocked when I find out someone is reading my blog
It’s neat to see where I fit in with the amount of posts because I feel like I’m not writing enough! I’ll be doing a lot of reading now that I have your list to work through! Cheers.
I guess that I was lazy during the month of JUNE!
Oh well, I already have 20 posts backlogged for July and hope to have at least 31 (one for everyday) by the end of the month!
Be sure to include me next month!!
Regards,
Your friendly blogger at Trees Full of Money!
Okay, I had not planned on it, but I’ll have to do this again next month with more stats. Thanks for all the comments and suggestions.
Great List….Finance Puzzle had 10 posts in June and please include in the next list…I see with my 10 posts that I am on the lower end of the range…I need to pick it up…
Thanks
How about http://www.creditaddict.com/
The easiest way to get the post count is probably from the archives page:

Just eleven posts in June, in part due to vacation.
I had 25 posts at http://www.3princessesmomma.com for the month of June.
Yes, thanks for the mention…. and as I see from all these comments, this *was* a great idea:)
Hi, I just found this site but I’m pretty sure I made more than 10 posts in June and would like to be added if possible. Thanks and come by if you have a chance!
Thanks for including me, I guess I didn’t really count how many posts I had. I try two a weekday but sometimes I get more out I suppose.
I just counted and I think I’m at 15 posts through 7 days…
Great list of some great blogs here! I’m honored to have my relatively new blog included among them.
Lisa
Interesting for sure! Thx for the mention
Please check out my blog and consider including it in your list for July. Thanks!
Hi there - 36 for June. I would love to be added to your list for next month. The stats are on the right side of my page, by the archived listings.
Thanks!!
I’m not on this list, but yes, I make a lot of posts.
I do have an unfair advantage in that I am allowed (encouraged) to blog at my day job, so if something catches my attention I can log on and blog away; as compared to many of you who blog as a hobby or free-lance venture.
Now, if I relied only on my own ramblings for content, I would run out of ideas pretty quick. But I expected from the start that I’d include commentary on national / regional headlines and PSA’s for my local readers along with my own stories.
Then, I found other PF and frugal bloggers and started following their links and conversations. Result: even more blog food!
Who would have guessed there would be so much to talk about money-wise?
update: everyone who commented is setup to be included in the list for July.
Since I do not plan on doing this every month, next month will be the super-duper megalist.
Already, I’ve added start dates, and will almost certainly have subscriber counts. I’m debating if there is a “lazy” enough way to grab the average number of words per post, but I have my doubts there.

Thanks so much for the mention Sean - really appreciate it!
These are some amazing stats by the way…172 posts in a single month. Unreal!
Yea, it’s funny how the posting schedules work, I seem to fire off more during the winter months (go figure) and be outside during the summer and go for every other day routine, but indeed an interesting list!
Interesting list! Yes, looks like the financial blogging community is an extremely active bunch! Wowza, gives me a different perspective about how hard we work on our blogs…
My personal finance blog is just beginning, but I do have some interesting posts.
I’d like to be included in your list if I can.
Thanks!
Thanks for the mention. I just squeeked in…
Well, it’s the quality, right?
Hope you’ll consider my blog for your list. I have done way more than 10 posts last month.
